  • New fee: 50% (5 times increase)

  • Allowed only on roads 24 meters wide or more
  • Only 25% of the plot area can be used commercially
  • 25% fee must be paid upfront (lump sum)

Simplified Rules for Industrial Plot Violations

The authority has also made life easier for industrial plot owners:

  • If illegal construction or misuse is removed, notices can be withdrawn quickly
  • The internal checking committee has been removed
  • Reports will go directly to senior officials (ACEO & CEO)

This will reduce delays and make the process faster.

Relief Scheme on Water Dues

Good news for property owners in Noida:

  • Up to 40% rebate on interest for pending water dues
  • Scheme duration: April to July (in phases)

Discount structure:

  • 40% rebate: First month
  • 30% rebate: Second month
  • 20% rebate: Third month

More than 20,000 allottees are expected to benefit from this scheme.
